ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In the rare occasion that I can make an exchange/return exception for an item, there will be a mandatory 20% restock fee applied. Shipping will be the buyers responsibility back to me and for the replacement item (if applicable).
***PLEASE NOTE...If your order requires assembly (headpieces, hip heis, bras, bases), there is a 4-14 week wait time depending on the time of year and amount of customers who paid before you.
